UNF Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced
Restaurant Team Leader
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the restaurant and cafe staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain high service and hospitality standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies. Monitor and improve restaurant efficiency, including food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. Collaborate with management to implement promotions and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or cafe setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Arabic-speaking is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
