Restaurant Team Leader
to help deliver top-notch service while supporting and inspiring our front-of-house team.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, and motivate front-of-house staff
Ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service
Actively assist in service and manage your own section of tables
Assign tables and responsibilities during shifts
Check food quality, presentation, and ensure food safety standards are followed
Assist with stock control, inventories, and reporting low stock
Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
Support the management team in achieving service and performance goals
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail in food quality and safety practices
A hands-on, team-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
