We are seeking a dedicated and confident Team Leader to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses and service staff. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members. Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks during shifts. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards. Work closely with management to improve operations and meet targets.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in hospitality or F&B). Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
