Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader 3 (Seasonal) to join the Nuska team. This role involves supervising daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a luxury dining environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members, setting an example of integrity and professionalism.
• Develop and implement operational timelines and delegate tasks effectively.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage staff schedules, and ensure proper briefings.
• Greet and attend to guests and VIP clients with discretion and excellent service.
• Maintain accurate reports and filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventory records, vendor directories, and relevant contracts.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star luxury hotel or premium restaurant/beach club.
• Strong F and B service background with excellent operational knowledge.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills such as Russian or European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment and lead teams effectively.
