We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Restaurant Manager

with a strong background in

Palestinian cuisine

to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Middle Eastern culinary traditions, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage high-volume restaurants.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety. Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplier relationships. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations. Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategies and business growth. Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
