Support budgeting and cost control related to procurement and operations.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with food, beverage, and supply vendors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and kitchen coordination.
Implement and maintain operational standards for cleanliness, service, and food quality.
Manage, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and support staff.
Provide training on restaurant procedures, customer service, and health regulations.
