Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
Monitor inventory and place orders for food and supplies
Prepare reports on financials, sales, and staff performance
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Good understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
