The manager's key focus is to grow the existing business. We are not looking for a back-end manager only, but a customer facing manager. The manager must be hands on at all times with customer orders, ensuring they are getting it in time at the right quality. As a customer facing manager, we expect the manager to know all our customers by name, be able to greet them at all times and provide added value over and above the existing dinning staff which are interacting with the customers. Also upselling customers on a daily basis and teaching the dinning staff to do the same. Also building customer loyalty to the restaurant. The manager must be strong in team coordination and working efficiently to maximize each staff potential & efforts. The manager must be able to be resourceful & quick on their feet to solve the usual problems in the business. The manager should ensure the quality of the product (food, drinks, shisha) is at its best and if necessary, change suppliers and recipes to achieve this. The manager should be able make menu improvements and innovations that attract customers and position the restaurant as a place of creativity and modernity when it comes to F&B. The manager should also be to develop and execute restaurant activities such as theme nights, social media campaigns, whatsapp messaging to grow the business. The manager should ensure the overall look of the restaurant is maintained at a high standard and coordinating with staff and suppliers to ensure this is achieved. The manager should also have a good a experience with finances / accounting. Should be English & Arabic Speaker Job Type: Full-time Salary: From BD400.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
