- Deliver superior guest services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing finances.
- Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and public and community programs.
- A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
- Prior experience in fine dining and pre-opening concepts is a MUST
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to lead big groups of people
