Role Overview

As a

Residential Sales Consultant

, you will guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential properties. You will provide expert advice, build strong relationships, and deliver a seamless experience to clients seeking homes or investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi's fast?growing residential market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with residential property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions. Advise clients on pricing, market trends, community insights, and investment potential. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Build and maintain long?term relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's residential communities, new launches, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience in residential real estate sales is preferred. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential communities is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Professional, proactive, and client?focused approach. Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently. Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
