Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Residential Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to guide clients through the home-buying journey. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering expert advice tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential properties across Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to potential buyers Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or consulting Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE housing market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
