Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential property transactions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued growth in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential property sector
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Build and manage a portfolio of residential listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Negotiate and close property transactions in line with company policies and client expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and administration to support sales efforts
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and relevant legal frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle preferred
RERA certification or willingness to obtain
