Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on features, pricing, and location benefits
Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, marketing, and follow-ups
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential communities and lifestyle offerings
