Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Residential Property Specialist

to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on assisting clients with residential property transactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Abu Dhabi. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their housing needs. Provide market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's residential property laws, regulations, and market trends. Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements

Proven experience in residential real estate or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Korean, or Malay are an advantage). Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential property market preferred. Valid UAE driving license. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
