Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal home or investment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and promote residential property listings across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and client consultations
Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
Negotiate offers and close residential property transactions
Stay informed about new developments, off-plan launches, and resale opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's residential property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Professional, self-motivated, and client-oriented
