Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Residential Property Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi residential market, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will guide clients through the property search and transaction process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and property owners Stay informed about new listings, market trends, and legal regulations Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity Maintain accurate records and documentation using CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or leasing Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
