Role Summary

As a Residential Property Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. You'll work with a diverse clientele, including expatriates, investors, and families seeking homes in Abu Dhabi's most desirable communities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company standards Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential real estate sales or leasing Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or German are a plus Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
