Description:
Stantec is looking to hire a Resident Engineer for a Water Infrastructure Projects in Dubai.
The selected candidate shall have a Civil Engineering Degree and 20 years of extensive experience working Sewerage and Drainage network projects with approval from Dubai Municipality.
Qualifications:

• The candidate must have experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai and completed few projects as RE

• The Resident Engineer must have full and complete knowledge of the existing sewerage and Drainage networks in Emirate of Dubai and existing sewerage treatment works

• Worked exclusively in DM projects.

• Must have thorough knowledge and work experience of not less than 20 years in sewerage and drainage connections and miscellaneous works and in dealing with emergency works related to large diameters of pressure mains. He must be able to evaluate the time to complete the emergency works and to take on the spot decisions and able to deal with all service authorities while dealing with emergency works. He must have a thorough knowledge and experience in dealing with sewers, manholes, VC , WO, AV chambers and pumping station rehabilitation works, non-disruptive road crossings and construction of road works.

• He must have also thorough knowledge and experience in the design of sewerage and drainage works.

• Good knowledge of RTA standards with respect to methods of excavation and backfilling, asphalt & tiles reinstatement
