A leading regional organization operating across multiple sectors, dedicated to enhancing its governance, compliance, and operational excellence. The company is seeking a Regulatory & Risk Management Specialist to support its strategic regulatory initiatives and ensure alignment with evolving standards across key markets in the GCC region.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-level assessments of regulatory requirements across GCC jurisdictions, focusing on those relevant to operational, digital, and environmental activities.
• Map regulatory obligations to business segments and core operational functions to identify areas of compliance impact.
• Identify key risks and gaps by comparing current practices with regulatory expectations, classifying risks by severity.
• Facilitate structured stakeholder workshops to validate findings, clarify scope, and confirm assumptions.
• Develop clear matrices, summaries, and reports that organize regulatory insights and operational implications.
• Support the preparation of consultant-grade deliverables, including landscape assessments, risk snapshots, and prioritization frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory risk, compliance advisory, or governance within GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of operationally intensive sectors such as utilities, environmental services, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business and operational insights.
• Proven experience in conducting scoping studies, regulatory assessments, or risk reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver structured, executive-ready outputs.
