Recruiter - Female (Construction Industry)
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for both white- and blue-collar positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and networks.
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labour laws.
- Support HR team in workforce planning and deployment activities.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in construction or fit-out recruitment (mandatory).
- Proven ability to handle both staff and labour category hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Indian female candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 + other benefits.
- Stable, professional working environment in a reputable fit-out firm.
- Career growth within the HR and recruitment department.
