Recruiter

to join Human Capital team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms. Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter in construction field. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and platforms (job boards, Indeed, Dubizzle, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
