Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Recruiter

with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for roles within the

construction industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with project managers and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements for various technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for construction-related roles (e.g., Engineers, Foremen, Site Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officers, etc.) Coordinate with project teams and department heads to understand staffing needs Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements across job portals and social media Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Negotiate offers and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates Support manpower planning and mobilization activities for ongoing and upcoming projects Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum

1-3 years of recruitment experience

, preferably in the

construction industry

Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet urgent hiring needs Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
