experienced HR Recruiter
with aminimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field in Dubai
.Key Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of proven HR recruiting experience
in theconstruction industry in Dubai
Ability tosource and mobilize labor
from bothwithin the UAE and abroad
Strong understanding oflabor camp and site-related HR issues
- able tomanage and resolve conflicts
Proficient in working on:TRAKHEES
DDA (Dubai Development Authority)
DM
MOHRE
andImmigration systems
Fluent inEnglish
andUrdu
(spoken and written) Strong personality with excellentleadership and communication skills
