Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry associations.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of the induction and onboarding processes.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly related to recruitment and staffing.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Degree in Human Resources and Professional certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
Excellent command of English and Hindi both written and spoken
