We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with expertise in construction and oil & gas recruitment to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of home country experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain a database of skilled candidates for construction and oil & gas roles.
Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience in construction or oil & gas (Home country).
MBA or related qualification in HR or Business Administration.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Immediate availability is required.
Preference for candidates on a spouse visa.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
