About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team. The role requires managing recovery operations, maintaining accurate recovery records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients/customers to achieve collection targets. The ideal candidate will have prior recovery/collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update recovery sheets on a regular basis.

Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely follow-ups with clients/customers.

Conduct recovery calls, visits, and prepare recovery status reports.

Coordinate with the accounts and finance department for reconciliations.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all recovery activities.

Identify high-risk cases and escalate them to management for resolution.

Contribute to achieving monthly and annual recovery targets.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in recovery, debt collection, or accounts receivable.

Age: Below 35 years.

Gender: Female candidates required.

Must have own car and valid UAE driving license.

Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,500 (negotiable) based on experience.

Commission structure based on performance.

Additional benefits as per company policy.
