. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, managing contracts with gyms, fitness centers, and coaches, and creating impactful marketing campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with
gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, and coaches
.
Negotiate and sign
contracts and collaboration agreements
to expand business reach.
Develop and implement strategies to
increase service bookings and package sales
.
Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, design, and execute
marketing campaigns
tailored to fitness and recovery services.
Create
event-based campaigns
and activations to engage potential clients and partners.
Manage the creation of
digital and offline marketing content
(videos, flyers, social media posts, etc.).
Client Relations & Growth
Build and maintain strong
relationships with coaches, gym managers, and fitness professionals
.
Track sales performance and provide
reports and insights
for improvement.
Continuously evaluate marketing strategies and suggest
innovative approaches
for customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Sports Management
, or related field (preferred).
Proven
sales and marketing experience
in fitness, wellness, or recovery industry.
Strong network within the
fitness and wellness community
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with ability to
design and execute events and campaigns
.
Ability to work independently and meet targets within set timelines.
Knowledge of
digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies
.
Must have a valid driving license and own a car
for client meetings and business visits.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
