preferably female to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on potential clients, and closing property sales over the phone. This role combines salesmanship with customer service and requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads, databases, or cold calling.
Qualify leads and understand their property needs (buying, selling, or renting).
Maintain and grow client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales & Follow-up:
Pitch real estate properties (residential or commercial) effectively to potential buyers.
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with on-ground sales teams.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close deals.
Marketing Support:
Promote properties using various digital platforms (BAYUT, DUBIZZLE and PROPERTY FINDER) and telemarketing campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve promotional messaging and strategies.
Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and professional communication.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with patience and knowledge.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Preferably Female
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (real estate preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good understanding of the real estate industry and property market trends.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call management software is a plus.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.).
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Compensation:
Base salary + attractive commissions and performance bonuses.
