We are looking for a young and energetic Real Estate Telesales Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using calling scripts
Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
Qualifying leads
Addressing any customer queries and complaints to preserve company's reputation
Maintaining and updating database with customer information
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Qualifications
MANDATORY: At least 1 year of Tele-sales / Real Estate experience in Dubai
Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper works
Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
