Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and tenants from a qualified database
Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
Generate appointments and forward hot leads to the property consultants
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and trends

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience in the Dubai real estate sector

Fluency in English is a must (additional languages are a plus)
