As a Real Estate Telesales Representative, you will:

Reach out to potential clients via phone to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide information about available properties and guide clients through the home buying process. Build rapport with clients and establish lasting relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaborate and assist with our team of agents to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. Cold calling minimum calls 200/day or above Sending daily report Stage and show living spaces Advertise and market living spaces Finds and reaches out to new prospects Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous Real Estate Telesales or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. Self-motivated and strong communication skills. A motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
