Job Description

We seek a proactive and results-driven Female Real Estate Telesales Agent specializing in cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and helping them navigate the real estate market.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate leads.

Introduce the company's services and build initial interest in available properties.

Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to qualify leads.

Maintain an organized list of leads, tracking follow-up actions and outcomes.

Establish rapport with potential clients and address their inquiries.

Educate clients about the buying and selling process and market conditions.

Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless client experiences.

Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and previous clients to maintain relationships and encourage referrals.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and performance metrics.

Work closely with team members and other departments to align strategies and improve client

Qualifications:



Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, preferably in real estate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
