Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present and promote products/services to customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain a customer database and update records regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Work closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:



Monthly Salary:

AED 3000 - 3500

Commission:

Attractive commission structure based on performance
