About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Real Estate Telesales Agent

to join our team. The main objective of this role is to make outbound calls to

clients

from the database provided, with the goal of securing property listings for sale or rent to be advertised on portals such as

Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle

, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to

clients

daily using the provided data. Introduce the company's services and explain the benefits of listing properties through us. Collect complete property details, photos, and necessary documentation for listing purposes. Coordinate with the listings/marketing team to ensure properties are uploaded accurately on online portals. Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent follow-up. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for the number of listings secured. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and listings. Report daily and weekly performance to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of telesales experience

(Real Estate telesales experience is

preferred

). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly. Target-oriented with a proactive attitude and self-motivation. Familiarity with real estate listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is an advantage. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Preferred Qualities:

Resilient with the ability to handle rejection positively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of professionalism and customer service.
