Key Responsibilities
Proactively build, manage, and grow your own client portfolio while generating new leads.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and market expertise.
Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai's secondary property market.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Dubai's secondary sales market.
Fluent in English
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
