Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and lead a team of real estate agents focused on secondary market sales. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of goals. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Assist the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals. Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement strategies for growth. Promote a professional, driven, and collaborative team environment.

Deal-Breaker Criteria (Must-Haves)

Applicants who don't meet these criteria will not be considered:

Minimum 5 years of experience in secondary real estate market (preferrably in Ajman market) Proven track record in closing property deals. Fluent in English (additional language preferred). UAE driving license. IT Friendly Team Leadership skills Sales Planning Sales Funnel Management Resourceful

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate, target-driven, and eager to grow in real estate.
