Your responsibilities will be:
Quick processing of incoming requests from the company's advertising channels.
Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.
Conducting showings of projects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations.
Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments.
Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result.
Providing real estate investment consultations for clients.
Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations.
