Real Estate Recruiter

Responsibilities :
Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative channels.
Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture, values, and unique work environment.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and produce reports on hiring outcomes and trends.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Assist in developing and implementing onboarding materials and resources.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements:
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in UAE in real estate industries;
Fluent in English;
Must be available in UAE;
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
