Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in recruiting sales-driven profiles, especially within the real estate or high-growth service sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding agents and consultants who align with our brand values and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract experienced and entry-level real estate professionals
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and industry events
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit, sales potential, and market knowledge
Manage the full recruitment cycle--from outreach to offer acceptance
Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and refine hiring criteria
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, sales, or fast-paced industries
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and agent profiles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns
