Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber real estate talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Build a strong pipeline of real estate professionals for sales, leasing, and management positions.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.
Represent the company professionally at industry networking events and career fairs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and related regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
