About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our team and assist the HR Manager in recruiting commission-based real estate agents. This role requires someone with a strong recruitment background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-performing real estate agents, helping to drive the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process for commission-based real estate agents. Source and identify top talent through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure they meet the company's requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the HR Manager. Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have a positive experience. Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive recruitment process. Support with administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR functions as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in real estate or sales-driven environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work well with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Presentable with a pleasing personality and a professional demeanor. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media channels. Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring commission-based sales agents. Fluent in English
