Job Description

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, Google Ad words, email and SMS campaigns and social media campaigns. Set up conversion, pixel, and campaign tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. Managing Instagram and Facebook, including sourcing, and creating high quality content, running contests, manage tags, manage comments & private messages. Constantly develop and implement new ways/ideas to generate leads for the company using the major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) Measure the success of every campaign through various social media analytic tools. Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of each digital campaign to ensure a high conversion rate for each campaign Post highly engaging content daily to the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linked In, etc. Develop Word press websites for our business. Design creatives for social media posts and campaigns. Qualifications and Requirements: At least have a bachelor degree in Marketing or related field 5-7 years of proven working experience in real estate digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After effects, Illustrator, etc) to create visual content. Expertise in designing and executing Paid Marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Hands-on experience in website management and knowledge of web analytics tools. Excellent content creation and writing skills.
