Job Description

Position - Real Estate Sales Manager. Real Estate agents from developer background who has good connections with brokers and has their own database

  • Experience - Min 10 years of relevant experience in UAE
  • Hard working and committed individual
  • Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives (off plan and primary)
  • Lead and manage sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively. Conduct meetings with team members and briefing to ensure that all team members are aligned with their effort.
  • Going for client meeting with team members.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine presentation to the clients on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices.
