Real Estate Head of Sales Team, secondary market. Male. UK/US education. We are looking for an experienced MALE Secondary Market Real Estate Sales Manager to build and manage the whole Real Estate Sales team. A result-oriented individual who can build a network with the existing clients and open new markets for the company. UK or US educated. Salary AED 8 000 - AED 15 000 (depends on experience) + commission. Visa, group medical insurance, excellent marketing & admin support. Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable for growing revenue through direct contact network or building new contacts.
Devising strategies in driving sales growth in sales distribution.
Develop and implement the sales operation process, best practices and lead the sales team.
Devise the strategies to for operation process planning, ensure adherence to standards and quality.
Prepare proposals and offers for clients which are comprehensive in scope and compelling in their presentation to ensure that the customers/clients can see the full value proposition.
Make accurate cost estimations and cost calculations.
Apply in-depth knowledge of the industry and tender\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition to win prospective clients for the company.
Identify new business opportunities for solutions with current and prospective clients in order to drive pipeline growth.
Organize meetings with potential customers and network effectively.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Ownership of sales pipeline. Engage with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Build relationships with clients at highest possible corporate level.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead and develop digital & social media marketing for the business.
Achieve the monthly targets and ensure to discuss all further improvement to the Sales Team.
Immediately solves any problem of the customers/clients, Sales Team, and the whole operations that the company may encounter.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Real Estate Sales.
Fast learner, good networking skills, Good Sales orientation, Great Customer Service, Ability to meet defined targets, great communication & presentation skills.
Proven track record of business & operation development skills
Must have valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and Car.
