Responsibilities:
Building the team of Secondary Property Consultants & Sales Managers
Provide leadership to the team
The role includes guiding the team in prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
Helping team in planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
Work with team to develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, and prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
Managing Secondary Leads Pipeline from Portals, Advertising Other Organic Activities.
Brainstorming with the marketing team to support the overall secondary sales division
- Lead team members in presentations to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Ensure deal closure by guiding the team to coordinate with the allied teams for the necessary paperwork.
All relevant documents are to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 8 years of experience in secondary real estate sales is desirable.
Target-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
