Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales team operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

As one of the largest real estate companies in Dubai, we are growing at a rapid pace and we want a real estate professional like you to lead our Sales team.
We are looking for an ambitious professional with prior experience in Dubai's real estate market who is obsessive about the value they add to the company.

We need a self-motivated professional with proven experience and an outstanding track record in sales at a senior position within the secondary market sector. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Work with clients to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Establish & conduct a strong training program to train new and old consultants.
  • Meet with the Director to assess company performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
  • Manage a team of 30 Plus Brokers
  • Maintain Relations With Investors
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A strong track record of sales in a senior position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate Market with experience in the same.
  • Capacity to manage various projects
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Great motivator and guide to consultants
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven Success Background
