We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Real Estate Development Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in

real estate and construction

, with proven experience acting as a

Client Representative

in real estate development projects. This role requires strong project coordination skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Oversight:

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of real estate projects that meet agreed standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as the central point of contact between all project team members, facilitating effective communication and alignment to meet client objectives.

Quality Control and Monitoring:

Conduct regular site visits to verify construction progress, ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications.

Financial and Administrative Tasks:

Handle tender queries, assist in preparing and issuing payment-related notices, and support other administrative functions necessary for smooth project delivery.

Client Engagement:

Communicate with potential buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them through the transaction process. Address client inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Expertise and Professionalism:

Demonstrate a high level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism in construction project delivery. Must be well-versed in design-and-build contracts and possess an objective, solutions-oriented approach.
