Honest, organized and reliable.
Strong communication skills. English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Guide clients on market trends, pricing and mortgage options.
Compare properties to determine competitive market values.
Prepare property listings with clear details on location and features.
Conduct viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
Present offers to sellers and assist with negotiations.
Support both parties through the full sales process.
Review contracts to ensure all terms are met.
