We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Real Estate Agent - Secondary Market
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Dubai's property market and a proven ability to close sales in the secondary segment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property sales and leasing in the
secondary (ready) market
Generate leads through company-provided resources and personal networking
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and landlords
Promote available listings through various marketing channels
Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure smooth transaction processes
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate market (secondary preferred)
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
