Secondary Market Sales Team
. We're looking for
experienced Real Estate Agents
with a proven track record in selling
resale/secondary market properties
across Dubai.
If you have
minimum 1 year experience in secondary property transactions
, understand the dynamics of
Dubai's resale property market
, and know how to close deals, we want to hear from you!
Your Role Includes:
Promote and sell
resale/ready-to-move-in residential and commercial properties
Manage full sales cycle:
lead generation, property sourcing, client meetings, viewings, and closing deals
Advise clients on
market prices, return on investment, title transfer, and DLD processes
Work closely with buyers, sellers, and landlords to secure successful transactions
Use CRM to manage client data and follow-ups
Stay updated with
RERA regulations
, Dubai Land Department updates, and title deed procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
in
secondary/resale property sales
(ready properties only)
Strong knowledge of
Dubai communities, market trends, title transfer, and mortgage processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Motivated, professional, and performance-oriented
UAE driving license preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
